Knit and Sip at the BARBOX at Aspen Grove is a delightful Sunday afternoon event (starting at 3:00 pm) that combines the cozy art of knitting or crocheting with the social enjoyment of sipping on beverages in a relaxed outdoor setting. Join us every Sunday from May 12 through October 26th (weather permitting), this weekly gathering invites knitting enthusiasts (from beginners to experts) to bring their projects and connect with like-minded individuals.

With the added perk of a discount on beverages and the availability of instructors for assistance, Knit and Sip offers a perfect blend of creativity, community, and relaxation.

Participants of Knit and Sip receive a special incentive of $1.00 off their first beer, wine, canned cocktail, or non-alcoholic beverage at the BARBOX.

In addition to the social aspect of the event, Knit and Sip offers practical support for participants in the form of on-hand instructors. Whether you have a question about a stitch, need help with a pattern, or want to improve your skills, the knowledgeable instructors from Colorful Yarns provide guidance and assistance, fostering a supportive and learning-centric environment for all crafters. They will be available from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm each Sunday.

Starting in July we will have an Aspen Grove mitten pattern that knitters can pick up and make mittens that can be donated to our annual mitten drive (which kicks off December 1st). Make a pair or many pairs and we will donate them to our friends at the Nourish Meals on Wheels organization.
