Goat Yoga

Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga and their darling herd of goats will be at Aspen Grove on Saturday, February 22nd at 10:00 am and 12:00 pm for Goat Yoga. The yoga class is inside space 718 (near SNH Antiques).
CLASS ONE: 10:00 AM TO 11:00 AM
CLASS TWO: 12:00 PM TO 1:00 PM
The class is a 45-minute goat yoga lesson and ends with a 15-minute decompression for our guests and the baby goats.
Yogis can pet the goats, hold the goats, and spend time loving these cute and innocent animals. This is also a great time for guests to capture their moments on camera. The guests want their friends to see their interaction on social media. This a great time to capture the moment!
