Aspen Grove General Contest Rules and Regulations

Aspen Grove hosts contests via email, website, on-site and through its social media channels. When entering a contest, the following rules and regulations apply.

• All contests are sponsored by Aspen Grove unless outlined in the specific contests
• Contests are never in partnership with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media channel unless noted
• A valid email address is required to participate
• The contest has specific start/stop dates depending upon the contest
• Contest valid for Colorado residents only
• Contest valid for people 13 years and older unless noted
• One entry per email – any additional entries with same email will be voided and not included in the final random drawing
• The prize will depend upon the contest
• The prize cannot be redeemed for cash
• Winner will be announced on Aspen Grove’s determined social media channel (Facebook, Instagram, and/or Twitter) on a specific day and time
• One (or more)  winner(s) will be selected randomly from all valid entries
  • The number of winners will be determined by each specific contest
• Winner will be notified by email that they won and how to claim their prize
• Prize must be claimed and picked up by a specific date outlined in the contest
  • If the contest is not picked up by the specific day/time as outlined the prize is forfeited and returned to Aspen Grove
• Aspen Grove and its partners are not responsible if the card is lost or stolen
• Aspen Grove and its partners are not responsible for inaccurate information included on your entry form
• Upon entering the contest, Aspen Grove has the right to communicate to you by email, phone, or text message and will continue to do so until you unsubscribe to their email program or send “stop” to text
• Once you have won an Aspen Grove contest/giveaway, you are not eligible to win another prize within the same calendar year
• Contest is not open to Gerrity Group employees or vendors
• Contest is not open to retailers at Aspen Grove
• Contest is not open to specific partners involved in the giveaway
