Ready, set, race!

Timbuk Toys is bringing back its Hot Wheels Derby at Aspen Grove. Kids can put their racing skills to the test on a six-lane vintage Hot Wheels track, racing straight downhill toward the electronic finish line.

And there are prizes waiting at the finish line.

First Place: $50 in Timbuk Bucks
Second Place: $25 in Timbuk Bucks
Third Place: $25 in Timbuk Bucks

How It Works

Drivers will race in groups of six, with the fastest cars advancing to the next round. Each car will have at least three chances to win a race, and racing continues until the three fastest cars are determined.

Each driver may choose a new Hot Wheels car from Timbuk Toys to keep and race, or bring a favorite car from home.

Cars brought from home must be standard, unmodified Hot Wheels brand cars. Each driver may race only one car.

Drivers must be old enough to place their car on the track on their own.

Drivers who register in advance at the store are guaranteed a spot in the Derby. Additional spots may be available the morning of the race for the first drivers who sign in.
